Message	One day to wash and dry, one day to put down product, three days leaving cars outside. 5 days total and no big deal at all. Three years later it still looks great. I mop the floor maybe three times a year. Don't remember any real bad fumes. I did leave my garage doors cracked about 8-10 inches while it was drying those few days. Was not really worried about a bug or two getting in. I guess it depends on the surface your starting with. Mine was pretty new and clean. I had no oil or stains to contend with.
